Alien Plants

Alien Plants by Clive A Stace and Michael J Crawley

Introduced by Darren Bloodworth of C Arden Booksellers in Hay-on-Wye

This book first arrived in the bookroom at C Arden Booksellers in Hay-on-Wye in October and we sold 76 copies of it in the first month!

‘Alien Plants’ is the latest, and No.129, in the New Naturalist series.

Simply put, alien plants are those that have been introduced by people to new territories: they are common, conspicuous, pestiferous, beautiful, edible and can be both useful and harmful.

This book will surely prove to be the definitive text on the subject for many years to come.

We still have copies for sale in our shop in Hay-on-Wye and also via our website: http://www.ardenbooks.co.uk/
